In honor of World IP Day’s 2023 theme of Women and IP: Accelerating Innovation and Creativity, Jones Robb looks back on our own Ashley Nicholls’ conversation with Dr. Mary Anne Tarkington, an inspirational role model for women in medicine, technology, and business.

During the interview, Dr. Tarkington shared her thoughts and advice for women on navigating the traditionally male-dominated fields of surgery and urology, as well as her experiences as an innovator and entrepreneur. She also discussed her experience working with the Jones Robb team on obtaining patents for her company TS Medical, including for its product FitFoot^TM, which recently went to market.
