February 13, 2015 – Industrial Design: U.S. takes final step to become member of the Hague Union. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) announced today that U.S. innovators will soon be able to pursue industrial design protection in multiple jurisdictions by filing a single international design application either through WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland, or through the USPTO.
