Karen joined the Jones Robb team in January of 2018 and brings 20 years of proven knowledge of organizational management, human resources, employee relations, and benefits. Her experience at global law firms has helped position the firm for growth and has led to recruiting and retaining a highly skilled, dedicated, and responsive team. Karen works closely with the Jones Robb partners to ensure the operating success of the firm. In her current role, she drives:
- Strategic planning, risk management initiatives, and financial reporting
- Recruiting, training, and HR management
- Benefits administration, employee relations, and retention
- Firm team-building events and health and wellness initiatives
- Office management responsibilities
Karen is a graduate of Howard University. She is the President-Elect of the Capital Chapter Association of Legal Administrators and served on the ALA National Conference Planning Committee. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO).
