JONES BURKE, PLLC
We are a boutique patent law firm located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Our firm was founded in 2007 and recently changed its name from Jones Robb to Jones Burke following the retirement of co-founder Kevin Robb and in recognition of the contributions of Elizabeth Burke, who joined the firm in 2012 and became an equity member in 2015.
All of the firm’s attorneys are registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and many bring decades of experience from large law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and prior roles as patent examiners. Our attorneys’ broad technical backgrounds span a wide range of disciplines, enabling us to deliver patent legal services across various technologies and industries—both in the U.S. and globally.
