Leonid D. Thenor

Leonid Thenor has more than 20 years of experience representing domestic and foreign clients in a variety of intellectual property matters. His technical expertise includes a wide array of technologies with a focus in the areas of computer, software, electrical and satellite technologies. Leonid has prepared and prosecuted a large number of patent applications, both domestically and internationally, and he has counseled clients on the procurement of patents as well as strategic development of patent portfolios. Leonid also has experience providing invalidity and non-infringement opinions.as well as representing patent litigation at both the district and appellate court levels.

Prior to joining Jones Robb, Leonid worked for several Northern Virginia intellectual property boutiques and in the D.C. offices of several prominent international law firms.
