Jones Burke offers a range of internship opportunities designed to introduce students to the practice of patent law.
Each summer, we host a class of interns from local high schools and colleges. We also offer part-time internships during the academic year for college students pursuing STEM degrees.

We always look forward to welcoming our interns—they bring fresh energy to our offices and give our team a meaningful opportunity to mentor and share knowledge.
During the program, interns attend presentations from attorneys and staff on key aspects of patent law, explore emerging topics like artificial intelligence and inventorship, and tour sites like the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum.
